ABERDEEN

Corinthian expanded on the SFL Collection range by adding a new team to the range, with Aberdeen having 4 figures released.

The Aberdeen figures were released in October 1996, with the 4 players selected being Paul Bernard, Scott Booth, Billy Dodds and Stephen Glass. Both Bernard and Scott would never be released by Corinthian again, while Glass would feature for Newcastle United in the ProStars 1999/00 team pack and Club Gold range, with Dodds getting released for Rangers in ProStars series 8.

The Aberdeen set are by some margin the rarest figures from the SFL Collection, which can be attributed to low production volume and not being as heavily distributed as perhaps Celtic and Rangers would have been.

 

 

It can be hard to acquire these figures loose, with the single blisters proving very elusive, while the 4 pack also being extremely rare.

All 4 were released as single blisters with collector card and information file, with a 4 pack also being released.
